What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I enjoy my job, I feel like part of the team. I get time to do my apprenticeship work and I am always learning new things about my job. I can see myself progressing here.
Worst
The nature of the work is sometimes upsetting but I understand that other teams do try to help the customers before it comes to our team.
