Best

I am given a range of opportunities to develop myself and how I am in my job role. I am always interacting with people outside of the organisation over email when organising events and meetings.
There are plenty of development programmes which will help you progress in your future and it helps you gain the most out of your apprenticeship.

Worst

There are few social clichés about which make it hard to integrate into, some areas of the organisation aren't as sociable as others which can make it hard to integrate when you first join.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be confident and know the job role that you are applying for is something that you do want to do.
It's ok to be nervous in an interview, it wouldn't be normal if you weren't but make yourself stand out in a positive way.

Do you have any interview tips?

Make sure you have some scenarios of when you have demonstrated the behaviour on the application- this will make it easier to answer the questions that you are being asked and the interviews will know that you have thought about how your previous experience relates to the job you are applying for.
