What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I've been given so many opportunities to develop myself and progress in a career that interests me. My colleagues have provided me with support that has allowed me to feel comfortable with asking them questions and to get the best out of my work.

Worst

Its very fast paced and demanding at times, this can be a shock but you get used to it.
I found it hard to settle in to start with as it's very different from other jobs that I have had but once you get into a routine it works.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure your CV is up to date, have someone else proof read it and read it again on a fresh mind.
Be honest and factual in your application, take the padding out and make yourself rise on paper.

Be presentable, not just in the way you dress but with your personal appearance, this can impact how people see you
Remain calm and be positive
