The people. I have received so much support and kindness since joining the FCA.

Worst

Making mistakes. It's only human to make mistakes but you can't help but feel bad when you do. You just have to remember that mistakes are how you learn :)

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure your application is up to date and represents your work. Make sure it's attractive to look at and simple to understand.

Do you have any interview tips?

You'll be nervous - that's normal! But it you prepare some examples of when you've worked in a team, when you've had to deal with deadlines etc you'll be fine! AND DON'T FORGET TO BREATHE (the interviewers are humans too!)
