Getting the balance right between managing your time on my apprenticeship and my duties can at times be difficult to manage

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest. On many application forms, they ask if you need any extra assistance. Take it! Interviewers want to see the honest and real version of you and to help you be the best applicant you can be. They want the best employee, and you will want the best employer, honesty is the best policy.
Do you have any interview tips?
The best way to prepare is to speak to people with experience both doing assessment centres and those conducting them so you can know what is needed and expected from you on those days. The main thing to remember is to be open, honest and and well prepared on the industry you are applying for. Research the company and the industry so you have fore knowledge to best apply yourself in those assessment centres.
