Do not panic during the tests, it is much easier than what it looks like.

Be confident, yet humble. You do not have to show that you know it all. Rather, show your willingness to learn and grow.
Make use of any experience you have to showcase your competencies.
Teamwork, problem solving, situational challenges were the main topics of my competency interview.
I would advise conducting research on the company and on the role. I was asked what I knew about the role and what about the company.
