What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing is the team around me. Every single member of the team is keen to help me get stuck in and help me learn, they have all offered me some work to help out with at some point and I've found this really beneficial.

Worst

At the moment the worst thing is working from home as it is limiting how much I am able to learn, however I know this won't be a permanent thing.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000

Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Include every previous job you did in your CV, even voluntary work. My manager really liked the fact I did volunteering and we had a long conversation about this in my interview.

Do you have any interview tips?

I was asked several different questions about myself, for example, what I was most proud of in my lifetime, how I've given out good customer service in my previous job, what are my strengths and weaknesses. I would just say be yourself and be truthful because there is no point in saying your an organized person when you're actually not as they'll eventually see that.
