What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
In HR you get to experience a massive range of areas that affect everyone in the firm. Handling confidential information also feels as if the firm trusts you and see you as responsible enough to take on this information. It also develops your problem solving skills and endurance towards fellow employees or situations that can be frustrating.
Worst
Because of the vast amount of areas we cover in our team, it means there's a big workload and knowledge on each area and how to do each task needs to be thoroughly developed which takes a lot of time.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Consider what you want out of the apprenticeship and how you think you'll suit the role and benefit the company while the apprenticeship benefits you.
Do you have any interview tips?
You should always research the company prior to your interview. You don't need to overload on general knowledge and know every detail about the company as the interview is more about getting to know you, so be yourself. If there is team work activities, speaking out and sharing your opinion or helping others in the team get their ideas across is important, it shows you work well in a team as well as having the confidence to speak to others freely.
