What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I get to make a difference through a variety of different projects I work on with some of the nicest colleagues going. I love that IM has a great gender balance with lots of inspirational women in leadership roles.

Worst

It feels busy a lot of the time, which makes work interesting, but it means being organised, resilient and able to prioritise are a must.
