What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Everybody is willing to help you to be able to succeed - No question is a silly question - Building new relationships - Support is available whenever needed - Every day is different - Work/life balance, flexi hours are offered which is great - Being able to gain a qualification, whilst also learning the job role

Worst

- The working day passes so quickly, especially when working from home during the current times. So it is important to focus on your time management.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

When applying, be honest and just express yourself. Show your interest in the role. Practice your skills before starting the application tests. Before applying get to know the company and its Off price business model. The culture of the business is really important in the day to day job role.

Do you have any interview tips?

Enjoy the interview process and go with the flow! Ignore the nerves and stay confident within yourself. Be curious and ask questions. Engage in the group interview tasks, as TJX are looking for team players. To be yourself really is the most important part as personality is key. Be prepared to show reasoning behind any answers given.
