What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The training is very good & detailed, it does not feel overwhelming. When you start working independently you feel prepared, and everyone is willing to help if you need anything. The role allows you to communicate with lots of people, both internally & externally. You get the opportunity to work both independently & in a team. The job allows you to progress higher in the company. The salary is also good for an apprenticeship.

Worst

Having worked for 4 months, I cannot criticize it in any way.

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be prepared, the application process is quite lengthy (but worth it). Have your CV ready & a cover letter.
