The opportunity to work with a lot of new people, all of whom are lovely and supportive and the consistent push to improve and grow
Worst
The college we do the theory side of the apprenticeship at can be unpredictable and unorganised
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don’t be disheartened by the length of the application process

Be yourself, they value this at TJX and if by being completely yourself you do not get the job it just means the company wasn’t the right match for you
