Each day is different and you never know what the job will be like before you get there.
Have a great team who offer plenty of support
Flexible working hours and time to study and complete apprenticeship work
Worst
Although the wage is decent for an apprentice, it is fairly difficult to support the family off and we have had to tighten our belts

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Even if you have no experience in this field, as long as you are interested in learning and getting into this type of work then just apply.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview was different to any other I have had in the past and was more like a group chat with many different activities. My advice would be to get involved as much as possible and contribute, there are no right or wrong answers. Also showing a passion for the job and an interest for working with Virgin Media and learning will go a long way.
