Meeting people with the same motivation and goals as you, everyone understands, some people take longer than others and everyone is very respectful.

Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Stick it out. The application process can feel like it takes forever. However, it is all worth it in the long run.
