What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you highlight all the best parts of yourself and look at the job role and requirements as a guide as to what parts about you need to be emphasized to make you a good fit for the role.

Do you have any interview tips?

The interview process is a great chance to work with others in the group task so you can show the interviewers your strengths. Our task was to organize a charity day for the company and I used the time to strategise and work with the others to create a great plan ( given the 30-minute time limit). The questions that they ask you (apart from the obvious strength/weakness ones) are about your CV, so take a copy of your CV with you and make sure you have studied it word for word and that everything is genuine.
