What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself and be honest - they don't expect you to know everything or be perfect, they are just trying to find out if you have the motivation to work and learn, and want to know if you would be right for that specific role and the company in general.
Do you have any interview tips?
Do research on the company including knowing a lot about their international network of accountancy firms. Talk enthusiastically about the company as if you would be proud to work for the company. Also need to know a bit about your service line, and how they interact with other service lines offered across the business. Finally, they will ask for past circumstances where you have worked under pressure and had to handle a work/life balance.
