- The level of responsibility given to me early on.
- Colleagues I work with are enthusiastic and keen to help.
- Progression opportunities I have been given in a short space of time; moving into different roles across several levels of management.
- Support from apprenticeship team.
Worst
- Travel distance. Closest site to offer the apprenticeship is 45miles away from where I am based.

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
- Show a proactive approach in your working/personal life.
- Demonstrate you're capable and able to deal with problems.
