What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
My daily tasks vary hugely and I have a say in how we move forward with projects. I am given plenty of responsibility and work with senior people in the business often. My team is great and the work culture at DHL is second to none, there is always support available and everyone who I have worked with at DHL is kind, friendly and wants everyone to succeed.
Worst
As I am given lots of responsibility, it is sometimes hard to manage workloads (with work and study). However, my manger and internal talent team are always on hand to support me and willing to be flexible when necessary.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Take your time completing each part of the application, sometimes it may seem like a lot of tasks to complete, but there is no rush. It's important to trust your instincts too, often there is no right or wrong answer the team just want to see how you personally would deal with different situations.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself and show your willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Enjoy the Assessment Centre, but be sure to consider what the panel might be looking for in each activity and make sure you give yourself the opportunity to show your skills.
