What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best thing is working closely with the community when completing a build, delivering services to areas that really want it is really good for brand image and awareness but also the vibe of the community.
Worst
The worst part is when customers and contractors arent happy with the work being carried out. Getting complaints is a part of any and every job and most of the time the are resolved swiftly which is good.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself and show how passionate you are about the role youre applying for, be confident and dont be afraid to speak out. All VM employees are honest and want to help you progress.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident but show you are willing to learn, dont try and be Mr/Mrs know it all as this is a learning opportunity. Willingness to learn is your most important asset and what will guide you to success.
