What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Working through the processes of civil engineering projects: From planning and walking the routes to check the most efficient route to organising and managing throughout the project and all of the steps necessary to finishing the job. Additionally, working with other organisations and different departments within the company enables me to understand the whole purpose from a project management perspective.
Worst
The longer drives can feel tedious towards the end of the week, however I don't mind this as I get to see new places. Alternatively, the lack of time in the office/socialising - this is due to the pandemic and the online events that have taken place have been really engaging and the vibe from the company and my circle (in work) have done really well at involving me with as many aspects possible.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
