What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best things about my job are the work environment as it is very friendly and productive, my team as they're always willing to help me and answer any queries I may have, being able to learn new skills on the job and the variety that comes with being a claims handler.
Worst
Only problem I have with my job is the distance as it is far from where I live.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
My advice for the application process is to type all the questions on the application onto a word document and write a draft answer for every question. Then, write as much as you can for each question without overlapping too many points. Finally, cut down each point to give a clear and sufficient answer. This will allow you to get your point across in each answer and discuss your skills and expertise thoroughly.
Do you have any interview tips?
My advice for the interview process is to use a star method for questions where they ask for examples from previous experiences. Describing a task, what the task was, how you tackled it and how it was resolved helps to clarify and strategise your answers.
Another tip is to practice reading some common interview questions beforehand so you have a rough idea of what questions might be coming your way. Getting someone to quiz you on said questions as well so you can practice reading them out.
