Starting salary: £41,000 - £43,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

A qualification in operational management is hugely beneficial. A good understanding of risk management, business continuity and risk management will set you apart from others just claiming "management" experience.

Do you have any interview tips?

Come with a good understand of the service provision, how local governement works, and with a relaxed attitude - you're not expected to know all the ins and outs of the job role, but just need to demonstrait competancy and forethought.
