Do you have any interview tips?
Whether it is a competancy based interview or not, I think it's always worth writing 3 scenarios you have had a direct impact in that have ties in the field of industry e.g. customer service / team work or collaboration / goal orientated and apply STAR, remembering to use the work 'I' instead of 'we'.
