I enjoy coming to a friendly work environment, my work colleagues make this job easier for me as everyone is so approachable and understanding that I feel happy to ask any type of question to them when stuck on something. I enjoy learning new things and being so early on to my development. I am learning something new most days and that is exciting because it's not the same old tasks every day.

Worst

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

When applying it is important you make effort with your CV and cover letter to make it stand out and look professional. Speak to others you may know involved in the industry to get their advice on things they would look for in applications.

Do you have any interview tips?

When it comes to an interview, my advice would be to be yourself. I didn't have the most qualifications or best work experience coming into the role however I demonstrated that I wanted to learn and wanted to progress into a career. First impressions are vital so presenting yourself well and communication is very important, showing confidence and being able to speak about yourself and achievements is also very important.
