What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

1000x better than any retail position out there.
Complaints Resolution is more about the investigation and acting as a check instead of dealing with frontline public worries like bin collection although this area still monitors things like that.
Flexible working, good pay, a massive improvement to mental health and personal wellbeing in a supportive environment.

Worst

The college work is tedious and has you answering basic questions repeatedly but this isn't much of a hassle.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Whatever apprenticeship it may be, just apply for it if you want to enter into a good job, with good working prospects. Make it simple, read the criteria they want from you, and put that in your CV and explain how you have that.
Keep your CV to 1 page, the interviewers don't care how you go to scouts 3 times a week as much as they may say you do, and they don't care that you got a 7a on maths in year 4.

Do you have any interview tips?

Answer honestly and cogently and if you don't know an answer don't try to make it up; admit when you don't know an answer and explain that's why you're there so you can learn. Augment this explanation by attempting to solve the question with prompting from the interviewer.
