Best
The amount of training and opportunities that I have already had in the passed 2 years.
Worst
The worst part is the amount of uni work and splitting your time efficiently, but you get used to it.

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be open, honest and let your passion shine through. Its not about your knowledge and experience on sites, its about the enthusiasm, drive and passion to succeed which will make you a good candidate.
