Best
Talking to new people everyday. Dealing with challenging enquiries, finding suitable solution's to complex queries, working within a fast paced team. Working alongside a experienced team and team leader.
Worst
Dealing with difficult customers, only dealing with customer queries through telephone, pressures from management, and always trying to maintain team targets.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
