What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Every day is different so it's never boring. It's super flexible and I manage my work load to what suits me best. I have lots of support and a great team around me.

Worst

Time pressure, some deadlines can be very short and you need to be able to just act fast on your feet which can be a struggle. There is also a lot to learn which can be quite overwhelming, but you have to just gain as much knowledge from your peers as possible; use their expertise to your advantage.
