Best

The work is important and you get stuck in with it. There is a fantastic importance placed on work-life balance. Good benefits scheme. People are all very supportive and understanding of the study you have to do alongside the work.

Worst

Tend to struggle with the salary supporting myself living in London.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Really research the Bank's values/behaviours and make sure you can link yourself to them and be able to give examples. Give well thought out structure to the written application questions

Similar to application advice be able to link evidence to how you can demonstrate the Banks values. Research the course you are applying to and know what it is about. Read up on recent news the Bank has published and has been involved in.
