Everyone is supportive of your commitments to college/ university outside of your day to day job.

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Gain as much experience in the industry as possible- this could be summer internships/ placements, become a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and begin really understanding what Civil engineering is.

Research the company and understand their values and where you have shown these values. Bring as much experience whether this is big or small to the interview and be yourself.
