What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
You are offered the chance to learn about different parts of the business (technical and commercial mainly for me at the moment).
The people I work with are kind and always want me to do the best job possible.
The people I work with always offer any assistance that I may need if I am struggling with anything.
You are trusted to complete work on your own without someone looking over your shoulder every minute of the day.
Worst
Some of the university studies do not relate to my job role, so it can be harder to understand it fully.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be truthful, but confident - if you don't know something on the application then don't worry and be honest about it. If you do know something though, make sure that you make the most of it and talk about it.
Do you have any interview tips?
Don't be shy to step up in the group activity that is held, you may think its being over confident but it is good to be seen as a leader.
