The flexibility I'm offered to help me with my work study balance.
Also, enjoying software development is a major benefit.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Answer all online questions and complete video questions honestly. I felt it was most important to express my passion for the subject, e.g. software development.
Do you have any interview tips?
Try and treat it like a balanced conversation with the interviewer.
At the end of my interview I was given a word game to play, in which I had to guess what my interviewer was thinking by only asking questions he could answer yes or no to, up to 20 questions. I later found out that of those who had been through this game so far, no one had succeeded. I believe they are looking more at how you approach a problem rather than your actual answers, in which case I would advise just staying calm and approaching it slowly.
