The opportunities - there is always new training or a program you can get involved in.
Colleagues - everyone at Mindshare is really friendly, supportive and funny.
Worst
The commute - no one likes rush hour traffic!

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, show off your skills and your personality. Of course Mindshare would like you to display your knowledge, but they are also interested in your personality, get a good balance of both.
Do you have any interview tips?
Showcase everything you have learnt, and go the extra mile ( do some of your own research or spend an extra hour on your PowerPoint) Trust me they notice! Make sure you rehearse it first to avoid any awkward mind blanks!
Just be relaxed and have fun with it.
