Lot of people come and go - sometimes feels like there's no stability
Have to stay late sometimes - this isn't too much an issue but depends how you feel about it

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Definitely read up on the company and their activity, stay up to date with current trends in media and advertising and put lots of effort into your work, whilst being able to speak about it competently and confidently.
Always go the extra mile and ask for more work and do things you might not necessarily be asked to do - the best way I've learnt is through doing some tasks that sit outside of my day-to-day remit.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be punctual and confident, it is a serious occasion but it's a lot more comfortable in the moment! Know what you want to talk about and show some interest in the company during the interview. My interview was based on a task I did during my internship, so prepare to be asked specific questions about your task and how you approached it, the outcome, what you could have done better etc.
