What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The team! - Working with a strong team that I can relate to and enjoy working with.
Learning new things everyday - I have the ability to push my self and learn something new everyday, medias an ever changing space.
The perks - I can't complain about the Media owner meetings.
Worst
Sometimes things can get stressful and time management is hard when the team is so reactive. However, communication is key, staying connected to your team to prioritize and help one another.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just be yourself and confident, making sure to positively reflect your abilities. Show eagerness to learn to prove your worth in a Company like Mindshare.
Do you have any interview tips?
Interviews have always been my weakest point, bt if you show your passion and eagerness to learn, it will really overpower your nerves.
Come prepared. Know your stuff, look into the company and the industry. This will really impress them, thinking further then just the role you are applying for.
