What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

It goes without saying really but don't lie as you will get found out.
As well as detailing any qualifications you may have go into detail on what your interests are.
Talking about any previous jobs or situations where you have shown competency, leadership skills and the ability to work in a team are good.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be able to back up what you've said in your application.
If for example you have talked about some project work you have done in High School or College bring some material with you so you can show and talk the interviewer through what you've done.
Don't be nervous, its much more of a chat than a formal interview.
Do some prior research of the company so you have an idea of what they do as well as the opportunity to ask some questions in the interview. This shows that you're interested and are confident enough to ask some questions.
