The training and support you receive.
Worst
Lack of a structured program- we have to tailor it ourselves, which is good but sometimes It would be nice to almost have a default for when you aren't certain what to do next.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you know what you're applying for, don't just jump in, otherwise it sounds like you don't know what you're talking about. You need to research it, as the information on the company isn't really in one place. It's an amazing opportunity to work at Lockheed, so when applying, make sure you know what you want, and be able to say why you want to be here. You have to think about what you wish for in the close and distant future.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be comfortable, they aren't looking for people who put on an act. They look for people who can stay calm and have common sense - there really is no need to be nervous. I would suggest casually chatting to the people at the interview as well, as good people skills are a necessity, and the friendly people get recognised more than the quiet.
