What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
When applying to this role really take the time to complete your CV and the set questions to the best of your ability. Research the company values and mission statement and apply these to your answers. Consider why the company values align with your own. Draw on your past employment and educational background to give evidence to support your answers.
Do you have any interview tips?
Some companies, such as the one I now work for, sent me a pre interview guide. Use this to look for clues in to what the questions may be centred around and use these in your revision. If possible, ask a family member to do a practise interview with you as I found this really helpful for improving how I delivered my answers.
