The amount of support Severn Trent offers and there’s plenty of ways to improve like training and courses they always motivate you to do better which is great
Worst
The training provider they use make UK is not a great place to train at but they are doing their best to make changes for future apprentices

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just be honest when you apply about your experience and talk about what intrigues you about the job and if you don’t know much about the job, do you research as maintenance is different from installation.
Do you have any interview tips?
When you are getting yourself ready for the interview just make sure you do research on the company. I used YouTube and it showed me things that Severn Trent lookout for and it even showed me their teambuilding activity. They normally do so check out that out it might give you plenty of tips and calm your nerves.
