What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I have a decent amount of responsibility and I am given ample room to stretch/challenge myself.
Worst
Working to such a level that time in work can conflict with college day release, difficult to manage overlapping commitments. Sometimes I perform the role of much higher pay than what I am receiving. The responsibility that I hold in certain situations is higher than that of some of my apprenticeship peers yet the pay is not reflective at the present time. The end-of-scheme pay rise will hopefully encompass previous efforts, responsibilities and achievements.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure you demonstrate your attitude to learning and work ethic. Knowledge can be taught, attitude is inherent.
