What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest with yourself, my role involves a lot of driving and lone working once you're through the first 3 months or so, you need to be prepared that a situation may come up and cause all your plans to change, you do need to be able to be flexible. I'm part of a very good and supportive team though but we're not all based in the same office.
If you do feel you'd like to pursue this then start looking into the FM world, try to identify some of the emerging trends in this industry.
Do you have any interview tips?
I'm afraid I can't remember any questions that particularly stood out, it may sound cliche but honestly be yourself, it's no good pretending to be someone else and try to enjoy the process as much as you can.
