What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Every day is different. You get to go into all different kinds of customer properties. The work is very rewarding and after each job have a sense of achievement. Most customers are very polite and happy you are there to help them so it's a really nice environment to work in. You travel all over your area so no day is the same. The working-life balance is very good and you get plenty of days off and plenty of holidays to take.

Worst

Sometimes the upselling can be a little awkward and the weather outside sometimes isn't so enjoyable in the winter.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Take your time with your application and focus on your strengths. Make sure you can concentrate on what you are doing. Do your research on the company.

Be confident with your answers and expand as much as you can. Make sure you do lots of research on the company. Focus on your customer service experience and ask lots of questions
