Sometimes I get put in very difficult situations which is out of my hands and the customer is not happy ending in the customer leaving the buisness.
Incorrect job discriptions meaning you will be doing over time due to a system fault.
Very challenging customers.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Give it all you've got. Sell yourself.
Make them remember you for a good reason, wether it be your quirky personality or thinking outside the box.
Do your research about the company and future plans for development.

Do you have any interview tips?

Difficult customer scenarios, be professional, polite, understanding and empathetic.
Think outside the box. Aim high and believe in yourself.
