The lack of clarity towards our future. We were told after the apprenticeship we could go on to join the graduate scheme or do a level 7 apprenticeship. However, the company appears to be in limbo and are somewhat going back on their words. As this was one of the main selling points it is frustrating to have been promised something and then to not have it seen through. Also, we had our college course somewhat messed up and are going to have to retake lessons.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
