What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Being a rotational scheme, it is great to gain exposure to all different areas of finance, and many different management styles to help you get of where and who with you work best and enjoy the most. Everyone I have come across has been more than helpful and has always tried very hard to welcome me to the company.
Worst
Due to COVID-19, having to work from home has made building my network very difficult, which is important in building a strong career. I have also found myself, at points, with not much work to do.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
A good cover letter including research of the company, research of the role, as well as why you would perfectly suit the role and the company is essential in order to stand out in the application process, as this will give you a chance to show the employers more about you rather than just answering questions given on the application.
