What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Working with such a supportive team has helped me learn so much in such a short space of time! I'm given the time to learn and develop skills that help make everyday tasks much easier.
Worst
I'm used to working on my feet all day, switching to an office based role has been the hardest change to get used to!
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I applied through an apprenticeship scheme run through a local college where they checked over my CV and helped me prepare my application.
With them conducting brief interviews, they were able to offer the recruitment team my application with a personal recommendation. I would also emphasise the importance of ensuring your CV and opening statement really provides a clear view of your strengths and experience.

You're in a room with some friendly and welcoming people so smile!
Be honest, use your past experiences to help you answer questions, you will come across genuine and that's what interviews are all about.
