What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The work is not repetitive, new day new challenge. Team work is an invaluable part of the way the FCA works and I believe it to be a key reason for our success. Working in a team with great management and support is a great feeling!
Worst
There a many processes involved due to the nature of the work and the reputational risks the FCA is open to.
Processes are in place to ensure everything is covered off in a sufficient manner that meets the FCA standards and does not open us up to scrutiny.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, as an apprentice there is not that expectation that you should have experience. What will be valuable is your passion and drive to learn more.

Whilst you may be nervous as this is an interview, try and control your nerves so that it does not mask your personality too much.
