What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Different types of jobs you see on a daily basis everything is different and every day even when you qualify is an apprenticeship. Being able to make customers feel safe and secure and having good communication with colleagues and management.
Worst
Nothing I can think of , Cadent give you all the opportunities to succeed so long as you give your full commitment in return.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
This is a job for life and be prepared if this is something you’re applying for be willing to give 100% because this isn’t a job for cutting corners our job is to safeguard lives and safeguard properties.
