What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Everyday is different at the FCA we are always reacting and trying to predict the financial world which is often varied and unpredictable. I love that I can work for a company with strong ethics and morals with the driving force of our work to be to help consumers.

Worst

I started my apprenticeship in lockdown so I am yet to meet my colleagues and see the office, so at the moment that would have to be the worst part, working from home.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Understand the role and what you are applying for an showcase your skills and knowledge that partner that.

Do you have any interview tips?

Show personality and prove that you're willing to learn more. The work the FCA does is often quite niche so you may not have the exact experience but show the interviewer that you can be adaptable and will seek out new opportunities.
