What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The factor you get a van and can live where ever so there isn't a daily commute to a specific location. You don't have managers breathing down your neck physically very often you basically get given your work for the week and you just plod through it.
Worst
The man management and culture being the apprentice and a female in my area also the only female to work from my depot on the tools. That some engineers are complacent and cut corners. Some times you have to drive 2 plus hours to a site. The gossiping and that nothing is confidential.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make your self aware of the company's values and adapt your CV to include them.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make it clear that health and safety comes first and use examples where you have shown the company's values and where you but safety first.
